4. Shipping & Delivery

Ever Slate Co. operates with an automated dropshipping and fulfillment model. Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, logistics networks, and fulfillment partners (including Teemdrop and associated warehouses).

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to inventory, production, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your local customs authority.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We accept returns on eligible items within the return window specified at the time of purchase or in our separate Returns Policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in accordance with the return instructions provided.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees, handling charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Customized, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon receipt. Orders that have already been sent to fulfillment may not be cancellable.
